One of our biggest Czech wheel manufacturers has recently met The Winoa Representatives to discuss the possibility of becoming their worldwide supplier. They expressed their trust and satisfaction to work with W Abrasives, the leader brand of Winoa, and explained how the relationship between the two groups developed with great satisfaction from both parties.
So we prepared an action plan including tests, trials, machine checks and a realistic improvement program for the full year. We built an excellent, mutually advantageous relationship with a long term vision.

The action plan was focused on customer blasting machine and people training. W Abrasives offered its background as Consulting Service (Test Center, Expert Walue technician) and we explained that WINOA Group is oriented on innovation, customer satisfaction and cost savings.

Stelux, W Abrasives Premium Product, was introduced :
Stainless steel abrasive used to clean cast and forged parts made of stainless steel or non-ferrous metals. Its shape and hardness make it an extremely efficient blasting media. Stainless steel abrasive is a truly ecological alternative to other conventional solutions (garnet, aluminium oxide, acid pickling).
It gave entire satisfaction to our customer recognized performances :

Based on the successful experience at their Czech plant, the customer introduced Winoa with its Premium Product Stelux at other plants of the group in Turkey, South Africa, Thailand, Italy.
